Brembo Upgrade Clutch Master Cylinder RCS

High-performance 19RCS radial clutch master cylinder designed specifically for motorcycles with 1-inch (25mm) handlebars, such as Harley-Davidson and custom builds. It features an adjustable ratio system and a folding lever.

Features:

• Adjustable Ratio: RCS System
  This patented system allows the pump lever ratio to be adjusted between two settings, 16 mm or 18 mm, simply by rotating the eccentric drive located at the front of the lever drive. The RCS (Ratio Click System) makes it quick and easy to switch between configurations, allowing you to adjust the lever feel to suit your preference. In the 16 mm position, the lever action is smoother and provides greater braking power. In the 18 mm position, the lever action is more immediate and provides less braking power.
• MotoGP Floating Piston
• The inner piston, seals and push rod are the same type used by many MotoGP and Superbike riders. Manufactured to extremely tight tolerances, these components provide exceptional smoothness and precise operation.
• Master Cylinder Body
  The master cylinder body is manufactured from forged aluminium alloy and CNC-machined using lightweight milling techniques. Extremely tight manufacturing tolerances, similar to those used in MotoGP, ensure precise matching between the master cylinder body and floating piston for exceptional operating precision. The surface is finished with hard anodising, an electrolytic process that creates an extremely durable oxide coating, providing high resistance to abrasion and corrosion.
• Clutch Lever
  The lever consists of two main components: the racing lever drive and the folding lever itself, which is manufactured from forged aluminium. A patented system at the lever joint allows the lever to rotate only in the event of a fall, preventing accidental movement during normal use and improving dynamic safety. The lever reach adjustment control has been repositioned so that it is now aligned with the lever itself, allowing the use of a remote adjuster.
• This adjustment system keeps the push rod stationary in relation to the master cylinder body, maintaining the optimal working angle of the push rod. As a result, moving the lever closer to or further from the handlebar does not affect the efficiency of the kinematics, reducing friction and eliminating unwanted forces. The lever pivots on the master cylinder body using a bushing and precision-gauged pin system, providing high rigidity, improved feel and excellent resistance to wear.
• Switch
  This master cylinder is not supplied with a switch. If required, a 10 x 1.0 mm brake light switch can be added separately.
• Lever Contrast Springs
  High-load springs are used to maintain constant contact between the eccentric drive and push rod. This helps prevent wear caused by vibration and eliminates knocking between components. The system also provides an additional level of safety during the transition between accelerator release and braking, while helping to extend component life.
• Banjo Adapter and Hose Compatibility
  The master cylinder is designed to accept an M10 x 1.0 mm banjo adapter, which is not included. Most Japanese motorcycles typically use an M10 x 1.25 mm fitting. OEM axial master cylinder clutch hoses may not be compatible with a radial master cylinder. Specific compatible hoses are available separately.
