Leader Motorcycles Returns Policy

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Helmets: Due to safety concerns, all helmet sales are final.
  • Clearance and Special Clearout Items: These are sold as final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items Marked "Non-Returnable"
  • Electronics: Items that have been opened or whose packaging has been removed.
  • Installed Parts: Any part that has been installed or shows signs of installation.
  • Damaged Packaging: Items whose original packaging has been damaged or destroyed.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:


  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in original, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: If eligible for a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds typically appear in your account within 2-3 business days.


  • Conditions: Similar to returns, items must be returned within 30 days and meet all original condition requirements.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for the exchanges shipping costs.

Defects and Warranty Claims

We support warranty claims according to each manufacturer's policy. While we assist with these claims, we request your patience as the process can sometimes extend beyond our control.

Faults on Our Part

On rare occasions, errors occur. If you receive the wrong item or one with a defect, we will provide a return label to cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement of the item.
