How long does order processing take?

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We can modify or cancel orders within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't entered our fulfillment process. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. To request a change, contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to arrange a return once it arrives.
